Supervisor

The Maple is recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor to be a key part of our management team at our destination in Cleeve, Bristol. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the General Manager and management team in delivering exceptional standards of guest service and hospitality. You will be the Manager on duty, if and when the General Manager and Assistant Manager are not on site. Playing a vital part in our management team, you will learn how to become a strong and supportive leader.

Your shifts will encompass some evenings and weekends, thoughtfully scheduled to ensure a healthy work-life balance for all team members, with a competitive hourly rate of £13 per hour, plus tips.

Required skills & experience:

  • Has 1+ years of experience in Hospitality management.
  • Strong background in hospitality.
  • Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and hospitality, and respectful towards colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, and own initiative.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of our menus and the locally sourced products proudly served from our kitchen and bar.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen and fellow team members to deliver a seamless and flawless service.
  • Contribute actively to fostering a positive and lively atmosphere, nurturing relationships with both our loyal regular and new clientele.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Positive and hard-working attitude.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: £13 per hour, plus tips.
